Q1: My switch isn't working in my home circuit. Please ensure that your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable for our switch. It's essential to install only one 3-way dimmer switch per circuit. Place the switch on the side near the power source for optimal operation.

Q2: The light connected to the switch is flashing unexpectedly. To resolve flashing light issues, utilize one of the three compatibility modes available on the app. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions. Note: Our product is not compatible with lights controlled by a remote; using it may cause flashing when adjusting brightness. Additionally, unstable network connections may result in flickering lights.

Q3: The switch isn't functioning properly despite the correct wiring. During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. Q4: I can't pair the switch with the App and WiFi. Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band.
